Please mark your calendar to have a representative join us on TUESDAY, APRIL 21ST for a quick mandatory meeting (either 9:30AM or 3PM).
The Food Exhibitor Requirements are listed below, for your reference. Please call / email Sue@TasteHB.com / 714.809.3521 with any questions
Food Exhibitors Requirements:
• A total of 1800 small (1-2 oz.) samples; these samples can be 1 or 2 different foods
• Limited grill stations are available outside the Main Tent; you must provide your own grill, fire extinguisher and ground cloth to catch grease. Dumping of grease is not allowed.
• Decorations and linens, promotional material, and your own hand cart for set up assistance
• Donations of gift cards are always appreciated for our silent auction.
• Exhibitors must maintain a presence in the booth space until 4PM.
• No early break down. You must be set up by 11:30AM when food judging begins and VIPs enter the tent.
• A rep of your restaurant MUST attend a meeting on APR 25, 2019 at the HB Public Library to receive staff tickets, supplies, purchase additional tickets and enter your food category for judging. The times are either 9:30AM or 3:00PM.
The Taste of HB Will Provide:
• Company sign and listing in event program and on website
• 10 x 10’ booth space in Main Tent or outside Main Tent with (1) 8’ table and (1) 6’ table w/2 chairs
• Loading and unloading assistance with free parking
• Tasting plate/bowl/cup, plastic table cloths
• Each exhibitors receives (6) six staff admissions. Additional staff tickets can be purchased $40 in advance, and $50 the day of the Taste. TOHB will provide a code to purchase tickets at this discounted price.
• Competition categories include: Best Appetizer, Best Dessert, Best Entrée/Side Dish, Best Decorated Booth and Most Enthusiastic. Winners will be celebrated in local print media, social outlets, and TasteHB.com
We strongly encourage you to create special coupons / postcards / business cards to give to the attendees. We can also include your promotional material in our VIP Goody Bags. Bring these to the Thursday meeting and we will be sure they are included.
